TIPS AND TRICKS FOR TAKING PHOTOS

When taking photos for your product, remember that this is your passport to a happy and successful transaction.
The picture shows all of the features of your product and it's usually the buying trigger.
So here are some useful tips:
• Always try to find a white or grey background for your pictures;
• If you decided to sell clothing, make sure you iron the product first; the folding marks may disadvantage the whole picture and the product may seem shabby or dowdy;
• For the main picture, try to photograph the product on a coat hanger placed on a white, grey or light beige door; never use red, blue, green or yellow background, since they can alter the product color;
• Take frontal pictures, not from other angles;
• Your pictures must be taken in the portrait format, at the highest resolution;
• Make sure you have enough natural light, to avoid shadows;
• When photographing, remember that the natural light should be frontal;
• Take pictures with the overall product, front and back, without cutting out its edges;
• Take a shot of the tag, as close as possible, for the customers to identify the brand.
